Is a preview listing confirmed?

A preview can carry a confirmed Shortcuts label when that support is recorded in the App Catalog. It does not establish Siri AI support. Preview pages remain excluded from our sitemap and are not intended for search indexing.

What does developer-confirmed mean?

The submitter confirmed Siri AI support, authorized the App Store material, and the submission was approved for publication. Preview listings can also carry an Apple list label when the app is identified in Apple’s published Siri AI artwork. App pages show the evidence source and keep support claims distinct from App Store data.

A review date is not a promise that every feature works on every device or software version. Check the app’s current App Store listing and developer information before relying on a particular feature.

Does Shortcuts support mean Siri AI support?

No. Shortcuts, App Shortcuts, and Siri AI are separate feature labels. An app can provide actions in Shortcuts without confirmed Siri AI support. Each app page explains exactly what has been confirmed.

What does catalog-confirmed mean?

The app is checked as supporting Shortcuts in the canonical App Catalog and still has a current App Store listing. It is not a developer claim about Siri AI. A developer submission can later confirm Siri AI, Shortcuts, App Shortcuts, features, and domains independently.

What is a Siri domain?

A Siri domain is one of Apple’s primary app schema domains, such as Calendar, Mail, Notes, Photos, or Reminders. Apple says these domains work with Apple Intelligence and Siri. They are not App Store categories.

What do Search and Indexed mean?

System and in-app search is a broadly applicable schema domain for searching or opening app content. Indexed is separate: it means the developer confirmed that the app includes App Entities in its Spotlight index. See how domains, Search, and indexing fit together.

What is a Shortcuts-specific domain?

Books, Browser, Journaling, Presentation, Reader, Spreadsheet, Whiteboard, and Word Processor are a separate group of schemas for the Shortcuts app. Apple says these schemas do not make conforming types discoverable by Apple Intelligence and Siri. They remain domains—not feature labels—and are recorded separately from broader Shortcuts and App Shortcuts support.

Why are Assistant and Visual Intelligence under Features?

Apple documents them as single-purpose schema domains, each tied to a specific system surface outside Siri. The directory keeps that technical distinction in its explanation while presenting both as Features in browsing so they are not mistaken for Siri domains.

Beta and released versions are different

A TestFlight report is not proof that the public App Store version includes the same feature. Without developer confirmation for the public release, we do not describe it as a confirmed Siri AI release.

What becomes public?

App names, App Store categories, descriptions, icons, and screenshots are sourced from the App Store. Siri AI, Shortcuts, App Shortcuts, schema domains, Assistant, Visual Intelligence, and Spotlight indexing are confirmed and labeled independently. Public labels identify whether Shortcuts support came from the App Catalog or a developer submission. Private notes, review links, and contact details do not become listing copy.

Corrections and editorial updates

Report an inaccurate or outdated listing. Reports are reviewed privately before public information changes. Future guides and updates require sources and editorial approval; automated drafts are not published directly.

Sponsorship is labeled and does not buy listing approval or an unsupported compatibility claim.
